Opening Night: Thursday, October 15, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
For the opening night, we are adopting a pay-what-you-want ticketing model : admission is « at your price , » so that everyone can participate according to their means.
As a part of this initiative, anyone who chooses to donate 15$, or more, Thursday evening (between 5 and 8p.m) will be gifted a 48th Salon du livre de l’Estrie tote bag upon presentation of their receipt.
Pay-what-you-want tickets are available exclusively on-site at the Centre de Foires box office on Thursday, October 15, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The Eastern Townships Book Fair is held at the Sherbrooke Exhibition Centre, located at 1600, boul. du Plateau-Saint-Joseph, Sherbrooke, QC J1L 0C8.

Public Transportation (STS)
The Sherbrooke Transit Corporation (STS) serves the Saint-Joseph plateau (Line 11, Sherbrooke Exhibition Centre stop).

Important — All freebies are offered exclusively on site , at the Exhibition Centre ticket office during the opening hours of the Show.
- SLE members enjoy unlimited access to all four days of the trade fair. Please collect your card first at the accreditation kiosk (if you don’t already have one) and then proceed to the ticket office at the Exhibition Centre.
- Free entry from October 15 to 18 upon presentation of the Mordu-e de mon Cégep! card and a student card with the collaboration of Cégep de Sherbrooke.
- Free entry on October 15 and 16 after 3 p.m. for 12-17 year olds in collaboration with R3USSIR.
- Free entry on October 15 and 16 after 3 p.m. for FADOQ members in good standing.
- Any author not scheduled to perform can enter for free if they are a member of one of the following associations: AAAE, UNEQ, or QWF. This person must present their membership card at the ticket office.
